behalf of your company. We have heard unfortunate stories from
resellers who sent service accounts to third-party repair centers,
only to have those centers sell service or other products directly
to their customers. This is unacceptable and this is why NSC
is a service only company. We do not, nor will we ever, sell
equipment or media of any kind.

company. You will be notified 45 days in advance of your customer’s service
plan renewal. We will never cut you out of the profitable service loop. In fact,
your customers never even have to know we exist separately from you. You can
relax in the fact that you have the best service department in the industry working
for you.
NSC provides several tools to assist resellers in successfully adding service
to their product lines. Through our innovative, powerful website interface, PARTS
Online, (Parts And Repair Tracking System), resellers can interact with NSC via
the internet. With a click of the button, resellers will have immediate access
to order spare parts, check order status, check pricing and even place on-site
service calls. In addition, resellers will have access to free marketing programs
to promote service offering, including generic promotional fliers and customizable
depot and on-site service plans.
Service is an important product line for every Auto ID reseller but not always
