Project Planning
For every project that National Service Center engages in, a dedicated, full-time project manager will be assigned. The project manager will be responsible for creating a statement of work containing the project outline and define project time lines. All processes, procedures and day-to-day operations relating to individual projects will be overseen by the assigned project manager and carried out by a team of logistics coordinators.
Logistics

Attention to detail is critical to the success of any rollout. That is why we have a staff of dedicated logistics coordinators in place to handle the daily functions needed to run a project. From scheduling installs and technicians to mapping routes and tracking shipments, this team does it all. They inform site contacts at each stage of install through pre and post visit communication. Plus, they ensure each technician is equipped with the proper equipment, parts and tools necessary to complete their daily install schedule on time and correctly.

Web Services
Stay in touch with your project minute-by-minute through a custom, web-based portal designed exclusively for your project. This portal is extremely customizable and scalable to fit most installs, rollouts, repairs, support services, asset management, advance exchanges and more. With just a click of the mouse, your business is able to track assets, obtain real-time status updates, view rollout or installation progress and generate automated daily, weekly or monthly reports.
Asset Management
National Service Center will manage your assets. We can provide you with real-time tracking and reporting of your equipment through our customized, scalable web-based tracking system. Assets are tracked and maintained by serial # verification, model #’s, repair and deployment history to name a few.
