every project that National Service Center engages in,
a dedicated, full-time project manager will be assigned.
The project manager will be responsible for creating a
statement of work containing the project outline and define
project time lines. All processes, procedures and day-to-day
operations relating to individual projects will be overseen
by the assigned project manager and carried out by a team
of logistics coordinators. |

a project. From scheduling installs and technicians to
mapping routes and tracking shipments, this team does
it all. They inform site contacts at each stage of install
through pre and post visit communication. Plus, they
ensure each technician is equipped with the proper equipment,
parts and tools necessary to complete their daily install
schedule on time and correctly. |
