An analysis and review of your current service solutions versus future service forecasts will be performed to determine and plan the best practice approach for your service needs going forward.
For those companies considering using radio frequency (RF), we can help get you started. Our qualified engineers will come on location and perform an RF site survey to determine the requirements necessary to achieve optimal coverage. An RF analysis will be performed to analyze possible RF interference and survey for radio coverage. An equipment placement layout will also be determined for coverage and availability. In addition, various options available will be defined in order to meet your specific wireless needs. Once results are analyzed, a site survey report will be submitted including equipment and peripherals necessary to successfully implement an RF install.
Training

New or upgraded equipment often means an increased work load and learning curve for your business. National Service Center understands that in order to truly realize the benefits of this technology and to keep it working optimally, users must be trained properly on the functionality and features of the equipment. We have various training programs in place to educate staff in equipment and application operation. Whether you choose onsite training or webinar training, rest assured, your staff will be properly educated on using your equipment.

Installations

To start, our skilled service experts will configure, stage, test and load applications prior to installation to ensure optimal equipment performance and keep operational disruptions to a minimum. Installations can be customized to meet your needs as we can provide pre-scheduled installs, off-hours installs and multi-site installs. Should you wish to track your installation progress, National Service Center can provide you with a custom web-based portal to track the real-time status of your project.
Asset Management
National Service Center will manage your assets. We can provide you with real-time tracking and reporting of your equipment through our customized, scalable web-based tracking system. Assets are tracked and maintained by serial # verification, model #’s, repair and deployment history to name a few.
