Our project managers lead and direct work activities from consultation to installation. All technical installers, under the direction of the project manager, perform the on-site work, bringing with them the corporate knowledge and experience that has allowed NSC to complete large and small projects for the most recognized names in the multi-unit industry.

We recognize that on-boarding and implementations for large projects can be challenging. We are with you every step of the way and utilize an efficient timeline guide to ensure that process is followed and nothing is missed.

Consistency in your nation-wide rollout is ensured because our project managers utilize blended in-person and online training programs for our technicians. Our strategy for efficient deployment is to train team lead technicians who will then train the installation technicians. Training manuals and skills assessments are delivered via our proprietary Tech Hub training portal and are only accessible by authorized users.

Providing great customer service is our priority. Our project managers offer “post call” assessments as well as customer satisfaction surveys on how well our installers performed on-site. In addition, they offer “lessons learned” meetings post-install to discuss areas that worked well and potential areas where adjustments must be made.
