Rollouts
|
| National
Service Center serves as the hub of all activity as it
relates to custom rollout projects. A dedicated project
management team will be assigned to coordinate all logistics
of your custom rollout. From equipment delivery, staging
and installation to asset management and tracking, project
reporting and real-time status updates, our project management
team will be your central point of contact. Although our
team takes responsibility for the day-to-day operations
of your rollout, you are always connected through our custom,
web-based portal. With a click of your mouse you are able
to track real-time progress of your project. |
|
| To
ensure a smooth, timely project, it is imperative that
equipment is put through a comprehensive staging and
testing process prior to installation. Some of the services
to be expected from our staging/testing solution includes:
receiving/storing inventory direct from the manufacturer,
customer defined configuration and application loading,
performance testing according to specifications and requirements,
DOA management and real-time asset tracking through our
web-based portal. |
| Installs/Deinstalls |
Serving
as the single point of contact while providing consistency,
National Service Center can manage all aspects of
your installation or deinstallation project. To start,
our skilled service experts will configure, stage,
test and load applications prior to installation
to ensure optimal equipment performance and keep
operational disruptions to a minimum. Installations
can be customized to meet your needs as we can provide
pre-scheduled installs, off-hours installs and multi-site
installs. Should you wish to track your installation
progress, National Service Center can provide you
with a custom web-based portal to track the real-time
status of your project. |
| Training |
New
or upgraded equipment often means an increased work
load and learning curve for your business. National
Service Center understands that in order to truly
realize the benefits of this technology and to keep
it working optimally, users must be trained properly
on the functionality and features of the equipment.
We have various training programs in place to educate
staff in equipment and application operation. Whether
you choose onsite training or webinar training, rest
assured, your staff will be properly educated on
using your equipment. |
| Logistics |
| Attention
to detail is critical to the success of any rollout. That
is why we have a staff of dedicated logistics coordinators
in place to handle the daily functions needed to run a
project. From scheduling installs and technicians to mapping
routes and tracking shipments, this team does it all. They
inform site contacts at each stage of install through pre
and post visit communication. Plus, they ensure each technician
is equipped with the proper equipment, parts and tools
necessary to complete their daily install schedule on time
and correctly. |
