Service Plans

Protect your barcode, data capture, point-of-sale, laser, computer and networking equipment through annual service plans from National Service Center. Whether you are seeking onsite or depot service, we have a plan that is right for you. All service plans include unlimited repairs, parts and labor (excluding printheads), travel time, technical support, preventative maintenance, and return freight charges for depot plans.
Our onsite service capability currently spans 4 countries: United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. National Service Center’s factory-trained and authorized technicians arrive onsite, with the parts-in-hand necessary to perform and complete your repair on the first visit. As a result, our first-call fix rate stands at an impressive 98%!

With depot facilities throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom, National Service Center can repair equipment right down to the component level. Through convenient return services, equipment is repaired and returned with in 48-hours. Loaner equipment is also available on most models.
Spare Parts
Because of our direct relationship with the major OEM’s, our spare parts capabilities are unmatched in the industry. We have thousands of parts and printheads in stock, ready to ship. Through our convenient, online ordering system, PARTSOnline, parts and printheads can be purchased from us in a snap. Not sure what part is needed? Technical assistance is available to pinpoint specific part(s) required.
Tech Support
A support center staffed with factory-trained engineers is available to provide customers with the technical support they need. Whether you need assistance troubleshooting or are looking for part identification or recommendations, help is just a phone call away. Having trouble installing or replacing a specific part?
