Over a decade ago, National Service Center
was born into the Automatic Identification & Data Capture
(AIDC) Industry by uniquely positioning ourselves as a service
only company providing barcode
equipment repair and spare parts to value added resellers.
Since then, our business has expanded rapidly to provide equipment
lifecycle management for various types of equipment including
barcode, data capture, point-of-sale (POS), laser, computer,
RFID, network and wireless network. Our service portfolio
has grown to include a vast array of multi-vendor services. Customers
can count on us for nationwide onsite, depot or warranty repair,
annual service plans, multi-site rollouts and installations,
RF site surveys/installations, spare parts distribution, technical
support, customer service, training and web-based services.
National Service Center is dedicated to our service only commitment. Service
is our business, our only business. We never intend on
selling equipment or media of any kind. Manufacturers,
distributors and resellers alike can rest in the fact that our
focus has always been, and still remains, in providing value-added
